Stock Shaft versus Grafalloy Axis?

I am in the market for a new driver and i plan on buying either the Nike Sasquatch 5000 or the Sasuqatch 5900. However, someone told me that the shafts they put on those clubs are mass-produced and may have serious flaws. Should i consider getting an expensive shaft, such as the Grafalloy Axis? I am on the golf team in high school and shoot in the upper 30's low 40's on nine holes, or in the 80's in a full round.
Finally, where is a place where i can buy the driver with my particular custom shaft i want, without having to buy the driver with a stock shaft, then the custom shaft, and then pay for it to be installed?

You could check your Yellow pages for 'Club Fitters'. They usually stock individual components like the club heads, a selection of shafts and grips etc., and they assemble your new club from these components within a day or so. They can also give you some advice as to which combination may suit you best by taking some measurements like your height, wrist-to-floor and others.
